Pan American GoldFields Ltd. (“Pan American”, “MXOM”, “the
company”) is a Broomfield, Colorado based exploration company
focused on gold-silver projects in the Sierra Madre Occidental
mineral belt. The company’s flagship property Cieneguita, commenced openpit
ramp up production of a gold-silver pre-concentrate in Q4
2009, and shipped the first concentrate in April of this year. The
property has an NI 43-101 compliant measured and indicated
resource of 20.09 million tons grading 1.71 g/t gold equivalent
(AuEq) containing approximately 1.11 Moz AuEq. Inferred
resources total 0.02 Moz AuEq.
